Arda Erkan studied on scholarship at TED İzmir College Anatolian High School, graduating first in the Scientist Training Class. While still in high school, he gained an early entrance into the world of research with his study on Turkey's population projection using neural networks. In addition to his academic achievements, he served as president of the EYP (European Youth Parliament) Club and participated in and organized more than 20 conferences. He founded the school's literary magazine, TEDebiyat, and edited its first four issues. As part of the "Hayat Birlikte, Oyun Birlikte" project, he performed theater with students with special needs. His high school experience laid the foundation for his teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
He received a full scholarship to Bilkent University's Physics program and furthered his research skills. Through research and projects conducted with his professors, he gained master's-level knowledge and research experience, and worked as a teaching assistant. He completed his internship at TÜBİTAK Space, gaining exposure to diverse fields.
Arda Erkan, who learned how to learn at Bilkent University, has joined our team to share his experiences with our students. Currently completing his Master's Program in Physics at Heidelberg University, he serves as our international education consultant.
